The Commercial and Federal Litigation Section is pleased to announce that it is accepting applications for its 2019 Honorable Judith Kaye Commercial and Federal Litigation Scholarship, which has been established by the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). The scholarship(s) will be awarded to up to five female litigators and will cover the cost of their registration for either the 2019 session of the Commercial Litigation Academy, which is scheduled for November 14 to 15, 2019 in New York City (for those awardees who have previously registered for that session), or the next session which will take place in early 2021.
